The IPSS Shared Prosperity Awards honour the individuals and organizations leading economic reconciliation and shared prosperity in Canada.
Each award reflects a unique contribution to advancing reconciliation and prosperity. Nominations close on November 3, 2025, and winners, chosen by the IPSS Council, will be announced live at the Gala Dinner & Awards Night on November 13, 2025, at Vancouver Convention Centre West.

Rising Indigenous Leader of the Year
Recognizing an emerging Indigenous leader who is making a significant impact in business, governance, or community development. This individual demonstrates promise, drive, and a commitment to building a better future through collaboration, innovation, and shared prosperity.
Champion for Indigenous Reconciliation
Honouring a non-Indigenous individual or organization that has shown unwavering commitment to advancing Indigenous rights, reconciliation, and economic inclusion. This award recognizes those who act as allies, advocates, and bridge-builders, helping to advance Indigenous sovereignty.
Community Innovation and Impact Award
Presented to an Indigenous-led initiative, project, or organization that has created measurable and meaningful change in their community. Whether through health, education, infrastructure, or cultural revitalization, this award celebrates solutions that address local needs and strengthen community resilience.
Indigenous Youth Champion of the Year
Recognizing an outstanding young Indigenous leader (under 30) who is inspiring change, breaking barriers, and demonstrating courage in their chosen field. This award celebrates youth who are shaping the future through innovation, leadership, and shared prosperity.
Excellence in Procurement or Supply Chain Partnership
